Hot Water Heater Failure

This church out building had a water heater failure.  Because the building was not used every day, the water damage was pretty bad.  We had to extract the water, remove the carpet, and remediate some mold damage. The staff was very happy that all they had to do was make one call to SERVPRO of Thunderbird Valley and we took care of the rest! 

Start to finish, this job only took 1 week. After extracting the excess water and removing the carpet, we used air movers and dehumidifiers to finish the job.
