Sometimes a fire in a different apartment can still impact your apartment.  This customer was next door to an apartment that had a fire.  All of her belongings were covered in soot.  We were able to transport her belongings to our warehouse, clean and deodorize them, and return them to her in her new apartment.

Start to finish, this job only took 7 days. We prioritized item of the most importance to the customer so she could get back to normal ASAP. When she received all of her possessions back, it was "Like it never even happened."
